Dr. Dirk Joswig currently holds a leadership position in the packaging industry, working as Plant Manager of COVERIS Flexibles in Kufstein, Austria.In taking on this role, Dirk actually entered into the industry which he initially chose as a career path when he acquired his Ph.D. in production technology.

In the period between his Ph. D. and his current position, Dirk has worked in many different corporate environments, ranging from family owned European companies to Chinese and American Investors.
He also gained experience in the tooling and automotive industries. In his positions as Manager Lean and Quality, Managing Director, and Production Manager, Dirk has successfully led initiatives linking company financial performance with corporate culture. In each role Dirk managed several transformation processes, supported by cultural measures, like introducing leadership principles and setting up project management for teams.
This background enables him today to lead change in organisations, selecting from a broad variety of tools and making knowledgeable choices about the most appropriate solutions to elevate culture in production environments.
